About us
Battery-Junction.com is operated by Battery Junction, Mumbai, an independent supplier of Exide and Amaron batteries. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and prices
Please check your vehicle model and battery capacity (Ah) before ordering. Our Battery Finder or WhatsApp team can help. Prices are in INR and may change without notice, but the price confirmed when you order will be honoured. We may cancel an order if a price was shown incorrectly, with a full refund of any payment.

Orders
An order is confirmed when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or the address is outside our service area.

Old battery exchange
Exchange prices apply only if you hand over a used automotive battery at installation. Its value depends on brand, capacity and condition and is confirmed before installation. It is a discount, not a cash payment. Without an old battery, the standard price applies.

Warranty
Warranty claims must be made directly with an authorised Exide or Amaron service centre, not with Battery Junction. Warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer (Exide Industries Ltd or Amara Raja Energy and Mobility Ltd). Battery Junction is an independent supplier and does not provide, process or approve warranty claims. Please keep your warranty card and invoice for the service centre.

Delivery and Refunds

Liability
We are not liable for vehicle damage caused by faults unrelated to the battery. Our liability is limited to the price paid.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai.
